Barndominium New Build
Designed and being built by Mulligan's Custom Builds, the Barndominum Project is our most recent endeavor. The build features 2250 square feet of livable space, complete with a covered patio, second floor walk out deck and an additional 2000 square feet of insulated shop space. We have utilized energy efficient materials and building techniques to create a sustainable home that will last for generations.
Whole Home Renovation
Mulligan's Custom Builds took this unlivable space and transformed it into a warm, inviting home. The interior layout was completely reimagined to open up the first floor, add bathrooms and update this once dreary house to a modern finish.
Bathroom Remodel
Mulligan's Custom Builds completely reinvented this bathroom. We took an outdated bathroom of the past and carefully crafted it into a timeless feature that will last.
